Bush Missed More Than Two Years
Dubya avoided the Vietnam War after Poppy Bush pulled strings and got him training as a pilot for an obsolete aircraft, took time off to help the political campaign of a friend of his father, and then failed to report in 1972 to complete his service in the Texas Air National Guard... in other words, Absent Without Leave (AWOL) for nearly 30 months.
(Sung to the tune of "The Hungry Years" by Neil Sedaka)

(instrumental intro)

Bush cheated his way to the top.
Three years gone by; he's still a flop.
Troop cannon fodder, leading us nowhere.
Bush's team together... built disastrous foreign affairs.

Bush spun so fast, yet his polls fell.
Fire smoldering, his election hell.
He could he know the Right would turn out bad?
Everything he wanted, was to be a king like Dad.

Bush missed more than two years, Air Guard service time.
Thirty years ago, and AWOL is a crime.
Press hazing W; the Boss won't get his way.
What will we see or find, locked behind his door?
Warring on the world; oil, Bush hungers for.
Looking bad, he fears...
Bushed missed more than two years.

Prepared his war dreams from Day One.
Making plans was so much fun.
Neocon goals were reached through Bush the Czar.
Things that they were after:
World empire stretching far.

We can't stand that W.
Unclever king, with nothing, too.
War wasn't worth the price we had to pay.
Voters, send him home.
Send him back, Election Day.

Bushed missed more than two years.
