The Cowboy In Him
(Sung to the tune of "The Cowboy In Me" by Tim McGraw)
Guest song parody by Michael Pacholek

(instrumental intro)

I don't know why Bush acts the way he does,
Or why he thinks that math is full of fuzz.
Sometimes I think he's really very dim.
I guess that's just the cowboy in him.

He's got a life that most would like to have,
But America still wakes up fighting mad,
'Bout where this country's headed, out on a limb.
I guess that's just the cowboy in him.

The urge to run to fix this mess.
A brain of stone, and Bush has less.
The things he's done for foolish pride.
When he's gone, I'll be satisfied.
The face that's in the White House,
And I don't like what I see.
I guess that's just the cowboy G.O.P.

George, I know there's times you must have thought
About the harm and chaos you have wrought.
But you set your mind to see those tax cuts through.
I guess that's just the Wall Street in you.
He rides and never worries 'bout the fall.
But soon he'll see the cowboy in us all.
