Maniac From Georgia
(Sung to the tune of "Rainy Night In Georgia" by Brook Benton)
Loony right wing nut case, trying to find a safe place to end the fight
Had the pain of falling, now the country's calling to impeach the Right
He's the maniac from Georgia... the maniac from Georgia
Newt's dreams are flaming all over his world
Newt feels like they're blaming him all over the world

Programs they keep slashing, while tax cuts are passing by the Right
It's really appalling, how Congress just keeps stalling and wants to fight
But there's no maniac from Georgia... the maniac from Georgia
Newt's dreams are flaming all over his world
Newt feels like it's raining all over his world

How many times Newt blundered
It still came out the same
No matter what he took, he made a stink of it
He quit and he just cannot play the game

Newt found a stool at the corner bar, his eyes gazed afar to pass the time
The right wing finds it hard to rest, raising funds for their campaign chest, still denyin'
That the maniac from Georgia... maybe, the maniac from Georgia
Has left their dreams in flames of ruling the world
Newt left their dreams in flames of ruling the world

Newt's thinking that if only people
Wouldn't feel that it was raining all over this man's world
And it's draining, draining, draining, draining, draining, draining,
Draining, draining, draining, draining, draining, draining...
