All the legal bedlam of their empire feast.
New tools for mining their new mother lodes:
Weak pollution laws, and lower tax codes.

Lacking in brains, his policies unsound.
Big Oil hangers-on now all thrive
They help focus Bush on his schuck-and-jive.
