Day after day, I lie away
Like father before me did.
Night after night, I snort everything in sight.
The voters are growing smarter
And I am finding it’s harder
And lying is just not working anymore.
I feel I need to change my message.
I’m boldly going to steal
What I can from McCain.
And nobody will care.
Running to the right,
It and the voters are starting
To buy into my positions.
Don’t need to worry now,
The party bosses are delivering.
It’s now Super Tuesday
And I’m pulling away
I’m going to win this
Somehow, my dad saved the day.
Wow, I’m really going to win.
McCain?
He’s just a passing whim.
Now I’ve got to go and try
To convince the GOP that I
Can pull in McCains votes.
